Commercial Exterior Repaint
- Project: Mystic Landing Condominium Association (MLCA) located at 5 Holmes Street, Mystic, CT 06355, in the heart of Downtown Mystic.
- Objective: Complete preparation and repainting of five buildings, consisting of 16 units. This included all siding, trim, doors, garage doors, decks, and metal railings.
- Accomplishment: Replaced rotten trim with PVC and damaged clapboards with cedar. Replaced wooden lattices with vinyl. All buildings were hand painted. Colors were matched using Benjamin Moore Regal Select paint on all surfaces.

Commercial Interior Paint
- Project: American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA) 58 & 58 II apartments interior repaint in Wethersfield, CT.
- Objective: Repair and paint the community room, kitchen, laundry area/basement hallways, and full first floor entryway including, all unit doors, door trim, elevator door trim, entrance room, elevator entryway. All exposed walls, windows, doors, and door trim were painted.
- Accomplishment: Removed and repaired popcorn ceiling to create a crisp, warm community room area and kitchen for all residents to enjoy. Common areas received a color change and fresh coat. We selected colors that would compliment the carpet, tiles, and decor.

Commercial Interior Door Repaint
- Project: AHEPA 110 apartments interior door repaint in Norwich, CT.
- Objective: Our goal was to select a door and trim color that would compliment the pre-existing walls color and carpet.
- Accomplishment: We selected Silver Eucalyptus as the perfect warm color to create a fresh look and compliment the pre-existing areas.

- Project: Auto Shine Car Wash exterior repaint in Manchester, CT.
- Objective: We worked with the management team to select colors, while being sensitive to their business operating hours.
- Accomplishment: We finished the project in a timely, tidy, and professional manner. The fresh coat of bold colors boosted the car wash's curb appeal and created a welcoming environment for customers.
Residential Interior Repaint
- Project: Residential interior repaint in Groton, CT.
- Objective: Update the interior living space. The homeowner loved the warmth and brightness that "yellows" add to a space, but was hesitant.
- Accomplishment: We created a two-toned look using Benjamin Moore colors, resulting in a bright and inviting living space.
Residential Full Exterior Repaint
- Project: Residential full exterior repaint in West Hartford, CT.
- Objective: Prepare, paint, and bring this home back to life.
- Accomplishment: After multiple design consultations, we selected Sherwin Williams Utterly Beige for the body, Super White for the trim, and Rose Brocade for the front door.
Residential Full Exterior Repaint
- Project: Residential full exterior repaint in Mystic, CT.
- Objective: Give this all-white beach home a modern face lift.
- Accomplishment: We fully primed and painted this home and detached garage. We selected Sherwin Williams Sensible Hue for the body, Super White for the trim, and Waterfall for the accent. Upon project completion, this space looked like a new construction!
